How are samples, tooling and design ownership handled?
Agree development fees, sample scope, tooling, design ownership and confidentiality terms before work begins. This page does not establish automatic exclusivity or transfer design rights.
Do all products carry the same overseas approvals?
No. Requirements vary by product and destination. Define the relevant test, electrical, fire-performance or material documentation in the brief and confirm the evidence for the actual model.
