Founded in March 2009, Guangdong EMSUN Intelligent Furniture Co., Ltd. brings product design, engineering and manufacturing together in Guangdong, China.
Our work spans commercial office furniture, learning environments, student residences and bespoke executive spaces. Panel furniture, workstation screens, metal structures and upholstered furniture support coordinated product and project supply.
We work with dealers, furniture brands and organisations shaping new workplaces. With manufacturing in Qingyuan and Guangzhou Huadu, our design, technical and production functions connect the brief with materials, samples and delivery planning.

It began
with admiration.
My father was a well-respected carpenter in our hometown. What I remember most from my childhood is watching his hands turn wood into beautifully made furniture.
He passed away when I was young. His care for his craft has stayed with me ever since. At sixteen, I travelled south to become an apprentice. From apprentice to worker, workshop supervisor and factory manager, I kept learning and honing my skills.
In 2009, I founded EMSUN. We began as a small factory with a team of thirty. Through all the years since, I have carried the memory of my father at work with me.
Like my father, I want every piece we make to be something I can stand behind. It is the standard I hold myself to, and the belief EMSUN was built on.
The pursuit continues.

The first original product
The company launched its first independently developed furniture product.
Four product series
The range expanded to four series; the company history records output value exceeding RMB 20 million.
A new route to customers
Sales-channel development began, alongside planning for a 2,000 m² experience centre.
Furniture, experienced
The first 2,000 m² experience centre opened, bringing products into a complete setting.
A dedicated R&D team
A professional product-development team formed and four standard product series entered validation.
People and digital systems
The company began building its sales team and ERP software team.
Five series, one toolkit
Five major product series and supporting sales toolkits were introduced.
A broader manufacturing base
Manufacturing expanded to three bases, with a 4,000 m² experience centre and a regional marketing model.
A digital milestone
The first phase of the company’s information-system programme reached its target.
A workplace system
Four workspace solutions and eight product series were launched around open-plan team working.
From products to projects
The workspace toolkit was upgraded and the company entered the tender market.
Growth through participation
The company continued growing and piloted a model linking people with customer orders and value creation.
A permanent base in Qingyuan
Production relocated into company-owned facilities at Jiayi Innovation Industrial Park.
A new Qingyuan chapter
The headquarters move to Qingyuan and an 8,000 m² showroom form the next stage of the customer-experience programme.
